慨正橡扯 in Leeds is seeking a Claims Adjuster – Multinational to manage a dedicated PI / E&O caseload for global law firms and international consultancies. The role is hybrid, focused on delivering accurate decisions within a multinational team and expanding knowledge across markets.

You will apply PI / E&O expertise, collaborate across offices, and uphold high standards of service while developing broader multinational claims skills and progressing within a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in PI / E&O claims with ability to apply in day-to-day decisions.
• Ability to guide colleagues and expand multinational claims knowledge.
• Strong investigative and negotiation skills with analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage a personal caseload of PI / E&O claims for multinational clients.
• Apply PI / E&O expertise to assess, validate and resolve claims with sound judgement.
• Act as the Multinational team’s subject matter expert on PI / E&O and liaise with other teams.
• Develop the team’s knowledge by sharing best practice and supporting training.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
• Identify risks and escalate appropriately to protect customers and the business.
• Support team performance and continuous improvement.
• Expand capability by taking on more lines of business over time.
• Uphold service standards and meet timescales and customer experience measures.
