Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking a Multimodal Pricing Coordinator in Shepperton to support the Pricing Manager with daily quotation requests across Air, Ocean, Road, and Customs. You will obtain rates from carriers, ensure quotations are accurate and issued promptly, and maintain pricing records within CargoWise.

The role sits in the Sales & Commercial team, offering exposure to international freight pricing and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple quotation requests with competing priorities.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping or transport.
• Familiarity with Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight or Customs.
• CargoWise familiarity or similar freight-forwarding system

Responsibilities

• Support pricing manager with daily quotation management.
• Prepare and issue quotations for Air, Ocean, Road and Customs.
• Obtain rates from shipping lines, airlines and hauliers.
• Maintain pricing and quotation records accurately in the system.
• Assist with RFIs, RFQs and customer tender submissions.
• Provide market-rate research and competitor information.
• Assist with monthly market updates for Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Maintain carrier, supplier and overseas partner rate files.
