Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Multimedia Learning Designer/Developer for a 6-month contract to help transform traditional training into digital‑first learning experiences. You will own the full learning lifecycle from requirements analysis to designing engaging experiences and producing multimedia content.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you’ll create eLearning modules, videos, graphics and interactive assets, with a focus on clarity, accessibility and measurable impact.

Are you passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences?

We're recruiting for a Multimedia Learning Designer / Developer to support a major transformation from traditional classroom-based training to innovative, digital-first learning solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full learning lifecycle, from analysing requirements and designing learning experiences through to developing interactive content, videos, eLearning modules, and multimedia assets.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to turn complex operational topics into engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences while helping to shape best practice and improve training standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience developing eLearning and multimedia content
• Strong Articulate Storyline and/or Evolve skills
• Ability to simplify complex subjects into engaging learning solutions
• Experience with video, graphics, and digital content creation
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills

Flexible working with a mix of remote and on-site collaboration
