Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Multimedia Designer to join our Brand Communications team. This role blends video production, motion graphics and creative design to elevate our brands across digital and print channels.

You'll mentor fellow creatives, manage multiple projects, and ensure outputs align with brand guidelines while delivering engaging visual storytelling for global audiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ experience within a creative agency, design studio or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video and design tools.
• Experience developing content across digital and print channels.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading a small team of designers.
• Strong client or stakeholder-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

How You’ll Shine

As our Multimedia Designer, you’ll create engaging visual content across a variety of digital and print channels while helping elevate the quality of work across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a seasoned creative professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential experience

• 5-7+ years’ experience within a creative agency, design studio or in-house creative team

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

• Experience developing content across both digital and print channels

• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery

• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading a small team of designers

• Strong client or stakeholder-facing experience

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment

Highly regarded

• Experience working within a corporate brand environment

• Knowledge of web and digital design processes

• Experience creating content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels
