Job Description:

Description: Reporting into the Team Lead, the Regional Sales Coordinator will assist the sales teams with support items, including obtaining price and discount approvals, creating and sending contracts for signature, sales order creation, client follow-ups, accounts receivable items, suspension escalations, and more. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ask questions to clarify understanding, and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration with sales, legal, product, and finance teams is essential.

You Will:
  • Provide support for sales processes
  • Explain contractual guidelines of Dow Jones products to various teams
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of contracts
  • Generate sales orders using Salesforce
  • Process cancellations of products or services
  • Maintain and meet contract requests from account managers on behalf of clients
You Have:
  • Sales support experience
  • Proficiency in supporting and processing contracts
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, French, or Italian
  • Experience with sales support, contract renewals, and customer service
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Highly organized with effective prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple business lines
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and peers
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and handle multiple tasks
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills
