Job summary

Hanover in London is seeking a proactive Associate to support senior-level retained executive search mandates across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver market insights, candidate generation and credible client reporting.

This hands-on role covers market mapping, headhunting, candidate assessment, interview coordination and assignment management, requiring strong organisation, clear communication and a collaborative approach to client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search, recruitment or a similar candidate-generation environment.
• Financial services experience or strong exposure to financial services markets.
• Confidence making direct approaches to senior professionals and creating interest in opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

Hanover is looking for a proactive, commercially minded Associate to join our London team and support the delivery of senior-level retained executive search mandates across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on search execution and candidate-generation role, working closely with senior colleagues, you will play an important role across the search lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate identification through to direct headhunting, candidate assessment, interview coordination, assignment management and client reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Executing retained executive search mandates across financial services markets in the UK and Europe.
