Job summary

The Language Business in Central London seeks a multilingual Business Development Manager speaking French, German, Italian, or Spanish to grow exhibition and sponsorship sales across Europe. You'll handle new and existing clients, balancing new business with account management, with a strong emphasis on multilingual outreach.

Role offers a hybrid work setup in London with structured sales training, and a base salary plus a 40% commission (OTE around £50k).

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
• Educated to university degree level.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential - structured sales training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
• Build commercial relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycles for sponsorship or commercial deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-level stakeholders.
• Prepare tailored proposals and contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and other tools.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Participate in planning and feedback with internal teams.
