Job summary

Air Liquide UK is seeking a Driver/Labourer in London to deliver and unload products across multiple sites. You will act as the interface between customers and the company, maintaining load security and following the company’s safety rules.

The role requires an HGV Class 2 licence, full UK driving credentials, CPC, ADR with core packaging and UN class 2, and willingness to undergo a medical. FLT is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence and full UK driving licence required.
• Driver CPC card and ADR with Core, Packages and UN Class 2 desirable.
• FLT licence is an advantage; multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo company medical and disclose unspent convictions.
• Good numeracy and literacy; knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Customer-focused with flexible overtime attitude.
• Knowledge of local/regional areas.
• Willingness to undergo Company Medical if required.
• Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
• First Aid or Health & Safety qualification is an advantage.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Flexible approach to overtime with a “Can Do” attitude.
• Knowledge of customer service principles as per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient multi-drop delivery service to customers.
• Ensure load security, vehicle and equipment checks, and cleanliness.
• Maintain logs of working hours and tachographs; complete paperwork daily.
• Adhere to safety rules, ADR requirements, and company policies.
• Collect delivery instructions and receipts; manage payments where required.
• Drive FLT to load/unload as needed and assist with loading duties.
• Report defects, accidents, incidents and traffic violations.
• Attend training as provided by the Company.
