Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Class 2 Driver for our Home Delivery team in Southampton (SO16 0YU). You will perform multidrop deliveries, record hours with Tachomaster, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

The role requires a full UK driving licence (Cat C), up-to-date CPC and tachograph knowledge, and DBS check readiness. Expect 48 hours per week, 06:00 start, 5-of-7 days, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Up to 6 penalty points on licence; no disqualifying endorsements (DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC, TT).
• CPC up to date; Digital Tachograph knowledge.
• Willingness to undertake DBS check.
• Be prepared to commute to Southampton (SO16 0YU) for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock on multidrop basis to customer premises.
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries per WTD regulations.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally and efficiently.
• Check off all products from vehicle and ensure correct delivery documentation.
• Keep customers informed of ETA and any issues; communicate politely.
