NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde is seeking a multi-disciplinary team secretary for a part-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will join the administrative support team, providing essential services to the community mental health team across multiple locations.

This is a part time, permanent post of 30 hours per week, with a shift pattern to be confirmed.
We are looking to recruit a multi- disciplinary team secretary to form part of the administrative support team providing a comprehensive, administrative and secretarial support to the community mental health team. The post holder will be an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to achievement of the role of the team through provision of a variety of administrative and secretarial roles. The post holder works independently for much of the time managing calls, emails, rotas and diaries. The post holder will also support the generic functions and duties administered within the wider administrative support team.
This successful candidate will be required to cover sites within West Dunbartonshire HSCP, namely Goldenhill and Riverview Resource Centres. Job share applications are welcome.
