Blu Digital is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Director to lead brand development, omnichannel marketing and commercial growth across consumer brands.

You will translate business targets into actionable brand plans with budgets and performance measures, and drive growth across Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop and retail.

The ideal candidate has broad experience in TikTok, Performance Marketing, Social Media, CRM, Brand and Product Marketing for online and offline channels.

• Lead brand development, omnichannel marketing and commercial growth across consumer brands.
• Translate business targets into actionable brand plans with budgets and performance measures.

• Oversee marketing teams, agencies and cross-functional partnerships.
• Monitor brand P&Ls, forecasts and campaign performance; implement corrective actions.
• Embed AI tools to improve marketing and commercial efficiency.
