Multi Trades Recruitment Ltd in South Manchester is seeking experienced Multi Traders to carry out reactive maintenance and repairs across occupied and void social housing properties. Proficiency in multiple trades is expected. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rota.

A company van and fuel card are available, or you may use your own van with fuel costs reimbursed. Starting early December 2026, the role offers a long-term contract (up to 8 years) for the right

Competenze

• Qualified in a trade (Plumbing, Carpentry or Bricklaying).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools and ability to work across multiple trades.
• Experience in social housing/reactive maintenance preferred.
• DBS ideally.

Mansioni

• Carry out reactive maintenance across social housing properties.
• Repair works in occupied and void properties.
• Ensure work meets high-quality standards within timescales.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
