Job summary

SLH Consult are partnering our client, a national house builder, to appoint an experienced multi-trader for a Swindon site. The ideal candidate will have a carpentry or similar trade background and can patch, paint, mastic, and undertake small carpentry tasks on site.

You must supply your own tools and transport, be reliable, and deliver high-quality workmanship. The role is short term, approximately two weeks, ideal for tradespeople between contracts.

Qualifications

• Trade background required (carpentry or similar).
• Able to patch, paint and mastic on site.
• Undertake small carpentry tasks like door adjustments and cupboard alignment.
• Must supply own tools and transport, be reliable and craftsman-like.

Responsibilities

• Patch and finish carpentry on site.
• Paint and seal areas as required.
• Apply mastics and perform minor carpentry tasks (door easing, cupboard alignment).

SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced multidrader for a new build housing site in Swindon.

The ideal candidate would of evolved from a carpenter or similar trade, be able to patch, paint, mastic, and undertake small carpentry works consisting of door easing, kitchen cupboard alinement's etc working on site snags.

You will require your own tools, transportation, and must be reliable and able to produce high level craftsmanship.

This position will be for approximate 2 weeks, ideal for an existing tradesman/subcontractor looking for short term work in-between contracts.
