The Vacancy

Wates has an opportunity for a Multi Trader (Damp and Mould) to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will be based in our Brixton office, working on a social housing contract, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Accountabilities include:

1. Undertaking repair and renewal works
2. Advising the Supervisor when other trades are required
3. Focusing on specific tasks
4. Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks
5. Completing daily worksheets detailing work and materials used
6. Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines

Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Success in this role requires: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, high standards of workmanship, productivity, and providing excellent customer service.
