A leading company in social housing seeks an experienced Disrepair Project Lead to manage and deliver complex disrepair projects. The role involves working with stakeholders, managing cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a permanent position based in Eastleigh, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for an experienced Disrepair Project Lead to join our team in Eastleigh.
About the Role: As a key member of the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Team within a large housing association, you will plan and deliver a wide range of complex projects. This involves managing cases from inception to completion, adhering to all legislative requirements, timescales, and internal policies. You'll work collaboratively to build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner for legal disrepair cases, housing ombudsman investigations, insurance claims, and other high-profile complaints. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
About You: You will be an experienced professional with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. You will have specific experience with damp and mould, managing complaints, and knowledge of disrepair properties, ideally within a social housing context. You are committed to customer safety and satisfaction and eager to make a significant difference.
