Wates has an opportunity for a Multi Trader (Damp and Mould) to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on a social housing contract, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking repair and renewal works
• Advising the Supervisor when other trades are required
• Focusing on specific tasks independently
• Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks
• Completing daily worksheets detailing work and materials used
• Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
