Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering the Kingston area. The role requires strong multi-trade skills and the ability to carry out repairs and maintenance in residential properties with a customer-focused approach.

You will work across multiple trades, complete repairs to a high standard, and ensure work is performed safely and within deadlines, while providing excellent service to residents in their homes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, ideally within social housing.
• Strong, well-rounded skills across a range of trades.
• Ability to carry out a variety of repairs independently and to a good standard.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.
• Undertake general carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating.
• Complete a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades.
• Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in residents' homes.
• Manage daily workloads effectively and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
