Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a leading property maintenance company in Guildford. The role covers reactive maintenance in residential properties, with a company van and fuel card provided, and a permanent position with career progression.

Applicants should have proven multi-trade skills (carpentry, plumbing), hold a full UK driving licence, and have C&G or NVQ qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, social housing, or domestic repairs.
• Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry and plumbing.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• C&G or NVQ Qualifications.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance works
• General carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, and kitchen repairs
• Basic plumbing works such as tap changes, toilet repairs, and pipework maintenance
• Patch plastering, tiling, and decorating repairs
• Completing maintenance tasks within occupied and void properties
• Delivering high-quality customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
