Job summary

COR Building Services is seeking a Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works on domestic properties for a local social housing contractor.

This role covers carpentry and basic multi-trade tasks such as tiling, patch plastering and plumbing, with a focus on high customer service and efficient job completion using a PDA.

Applicants should have social housing/domestic experience, hold a full UK driving licence and own van.

Qualifications

Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance.
Ability to use a PDA to organize and complete jobs.
Carpentry, tiling, plastering, and plumbing skills.
Full UK driving licence and own van.

Job description

A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties.
