Job summary

Regen Solution is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to carry out day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied social housing properties in the Southwark area. This is a permanent role with a van and a fuel card provided immediately.

Main duties include carpentry repairs, multi-trade repairs, plumbing repairs, lock fits/repairs, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and splash back tiling. Social housing experience and a full tools set with a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Social Housing experience required.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in multi-trade repairs desirable.
