Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Multi Trader for a local social housing contractor to undertake maintenance works on domestic properties, including carpentry and basic multi-trade tasks such as tiling, plastering and plumbing.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and own van, social housing experience, and the ability to use a PDA system; hours are Mon-Fri 08:00–16:00, with van and fuel card provided and potential call-out shifts.

Qualifications

Must have experience carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties.
Experience with carpentry and basic multi-trade tasks (tiling, plastering, plumbing).
Experience in social housing or domestic contracts is required.

Job description

A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
