Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Multi Trader in Rugby for a temporary role paying £14.41 per hour PAYE. The successful candidate will work independently in occupied properties and complete a good proportion of repairs on the first visit.

Experience should include bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs, leak detection and fixing, taps and sanitary ware replacement, waste pipes and drainage work, plus general fault finding. Occasional carpentry repairs may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic plumbing and responsive repairs.
• Able to identify and repair leaks and fix taps, toilets, basins and other sanitary ware.
• Competent in general fault finding and remedial plumbing works.

As this is a Multi Trader position, we need someone who is confident working independently in occupied properties and can complete a good proportion of repairs on the first visit without requiring additional trades.
