Job summary

Sterling Recruitment Solutions seeks a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson for a self-employed, day-rate role in Nottingham. Work covers carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, roofing and general maintenance on residential properties.

You will carry out bathroom and kitchen fittings, building works, drainage and other structural tasks with a focus on quality and safety. Immediate starts available with weekly pay and standard daytime hours.

Our Client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join they're growing team on a self employed basis. They're open to candidates with experience across any of the following areas - Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Kitchen Fitting, Tiling, Roofing, General Maintenance.

As a company they carry out planned and reactive maintenance works on residential properties across Nottingham.

You will play a crucial role in executing a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks including but not limited to the following:
