Job summary

MULTI TRADERS is seeking a number of multi-skilled tradespeople to deliver a high-quality repairs service across our properties. You will be covering Hemel Hempstead, Oxfordshire, Stevenage and Milton Keynes areas, with a van, fuel card and tools provided.

Applicants should hold a relevant qualification in their primary trade and have experience in secondary trades, strong customer care and problem-solving skills. Health and safety procedures must be observed at all times.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in your primary trade.
• One or more secondary trades are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are followed at all times.

MULTI TRADERS

• We are looking for x2 all round multi traders


• Location 1: Oxfordshire / Hemel Hempstead


• Location 2: Milton Keynes / Stevenage


• Van, fuel card provided


• £24.53 per hour via Umbrella


• Mon - Fri 8am -5pm


• Good all round candidates with can do attitude

We're looking for a number of Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties Covering the Hemel / Oxford and Stevenage / Milton Keynes areas.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
