Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking 15 ALL ROUND MULTI TRADERS to deliver first-class repairs across properties in South East London, covering Mottingham, Penge, Bromley, Orpington, Biggin Hill and surrounding areas. A van and tools are provided; hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

With qualifications in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades, you will deliver maintenance and installation work with strong customer care and admin skills. Health and safety must be observed at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant trade qualification in your primary trade.
• Experience across multiple trades is desirable.
• Good customer care and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and new installations in occupied and vacant properties.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

• Temp Positions available x15 positions available


• Positions include all round MTO's, Carpenter MTO's, Plumber MTO's, Electrical MTO


• Location: Covering South East London Mottingham, Penge, Bromley, Orpington, Biggin Hill and Surrounding


• Van, fuel card provided


• 25.45 per hour via Umbrella


• Mon - Fri 8am -5pm


• Good all round candidates with can do attitude

We're looking for 15 Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the South East London areas listed above.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
