Job summary

MULTI TRADERS is looking for two all-round tradespeople to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across our properties in the Hemel Hempstead/Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes/Stevenage areas.

You will hold a primary trade qualification with additional skills in secondary trades, focusing on safe, customer-focused service delivery and practical problem-solving. A van and tools are provided, with standard hours Mon–Fri 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Need a relevant qualification in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades.
• Ability to carry out general maintenance and new installation work on occupied and vacant properties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class repairs service across properties in Hemel Hempstead, Oxford, Stevenage and Milton Keynes areas.
• Carry out full range of maintenance and installation tasks while following health and safety procedures.

• Van, fuel card provided


• £24.53 per hour via Umbrella


• Mon - Fri 8am -5pm


• Good all round candidates with can do attitude

We're looking for a number of Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties Covering the Hemel / Oxford and Stevenage / Milton Keynes areas.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
