Job summary

Build Recruitment, working with built environment specialists across the UK, is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a role in Hull.

Desirable experience in social housing maintenance; duties include renovating rooms, bringing properties up to sign-off standards, painting and decorating, skimming, patch plastering and basic joinery.

Applicants must have proven maintenance experience, be able to provide two working references and hold a CSCS card.
