Job summary

Wates Smartspace in Crawley is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join the Crawley Responsive Business Unit, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works to void properties prior to new tenants moving in.

You will perform multi-trade tasks (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering) and ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. DBS checks are required at offer stage and Heathrow DBS process may apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Experience within social housing repairs, maintenance, or voids.
• Strong multi-trade skills and a quality-focused approach.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing repairs and refurbishment works in void social housing properties.
• Carrying out multi-trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering.

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our Crawley Responsive Business Unit, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works to void properties prior to new tenants moving in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing repairs and refurbishment works in void social housing properties
• Carrying out multi-trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering
