Job summary

Fortem is seeking a Multi Skilled Trade to operate across Cambridge Housing Society properties, delivering carpentry and plumbing repairs in void social housing. Responsibilities include timely job completion, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining accurate records. A valid UK driving license and DBS check are required or can be arranged.

The role offers a company van, fuel card, PPE and tools, with generous leave and benefits and an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry or Plumbing or equivalent required.
• Full UK driving license with up to 5 points preferred; ability to pass DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade repairs including carpentry and plumbing for void social housing properties.
• Work efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines, coordinating with supervisors and other trades.
• Record and report progress using company systems and maintain high customer service standards.
