Job summary

Fortem are recruiting for a Plumber Multi Trade to join the Repairs & Maintenance team serving Cambridge Housing Society across South Cambridgeshire, including Cambridge Central, Royston, Duxford and Haverhill. The role covers core plumbing, basic carpentry and other multi-trade tasks on social housing properties, with travel required.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. A company van, fuel card, PPE and tools are provided, along with an attractive on-call rota and generous

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent in Plumbing.
• Able to carry out bath and WC installations and cylinders changes.
• Full UK driving licence (max 5 points) and no recent bans.
• Able to pass basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Complete full plumbing and basic carpentry repairs for social housing properties.
• Advising Supervisor if other trades are required.
• Work with other operatives to complete projects.
• Record and submit accurate data using relevant systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and client representatives.
