Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Trade operative for housing maintenance in Eailing West London. The role pays £22 per hour and requires own tools with no van provided.

You will perform painting, mould wash, basic electrical tasks, and general upkeep, using a PDA to receive and complete works while adhering to safety standards. Social housing experience and CSCS/NVQ are advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ or CSCS qualifications held.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Social housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade maintenance tasks.
• Receive and complete works via PDA device.
• Work safely in line with health & safety standards.
