Qualifications

• Experience in an all-round multi-trade role within occupied properties.
• Ability to scope and deliver small works, including materials ordering.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, British Standards and industry codes of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs, installations and maintenance across homes.
• Own jobs from planning to completion and meet timescales and quality standards.
• Work across responsive repairs, small works and HHSRS-related tasks.
• Identify resource requirements and ensure works are completed effectively.
