Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking skilled Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance to residential properties in partnership with housing associations across the UK. You will join a fast-paced team with a proven track record in delivering high-quality results in a contractor or client-side environment.

The role requires a diverse skill set across trades, the ability to work directly with clients, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the construction or building maintenance industry.
• Proficient across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, painting).
• Strong problem-solving and maintenance skills.
• Good communication and customer service to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, maintenance and renovation works in residential properties.
• Deliver high-quality responsive repairs in partnership with housing associations.
• Interact with residents to understand and address their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
