Job summary

Templer HomeBuild is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repairs and voids teams in Newton Abbot. You will carry out plumbing, plastering, tiling and carpentry repairs across Teignbridge, focusing on planned and void refurbishments in residents' homes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
• Domestic property experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade domestic works (plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, carpentry)
• Work on planned and void refurbishment projects
• Repair taps, pipes, drainage; general kitchen/bathroom repairs
• Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues; provide professional service
