Niyaa People is seeking 4–5 hands-on Multi-Trade Operatives to cover Dorset, delivering repairs across voids, responsive repairs, and planned works in social housing. You may work with a company van or your own unbranded van, with day rates of £180–£200.

Expect ongoing work across established housing contracts, with start dates between 2 November and 16 November. Ideal for skilled tradespeople with broad multi-trade capabilities and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades in social housing settings.
• Voids, responsive repairs and planned maintenance experience.
• Ability to travel across Dorset to cover multiple contracts.
• Reliable, professional approach and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across void and tenanted properties.
• Complete planned works and property refurbishments.
• Undertake carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating as needed.
• Work across multiple social housing contracts with high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Engage professionally with residents and ensure properties are ready for occupation.
• Manage workload and complete jobs efficiently.
