Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to join our housing contractor team, covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware and Northolt. You will perform reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps and pipework.

You will also carry out basic carpentry and tiling, respond to emergencies, communicate with tenants, maintain safety, use a PDA for tasks, and join a rotational on-call

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties (baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, pipework).
• Basic carpentry, plaster patching and tiling to complete repairs.
