Job description

Looking to recruit a Multi trade Plumber to join a leading property services company based around Tower Hamlets.

Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
2. Undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work including plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths, etc.
3. Able to carry out repairs outside of core trade, including remedial carpentry works, repair patching of plaster, and replacing small areas of tiles.

Requirements:

1. Trade related qualification, City and Guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
2. Must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as a work van is provided.
3. Ability to use hand tools and operate small hand-held plant such as drills and breakers.
