Looking to recruit two Multi Skilled Plumbers to work on properties based in Basildon on a Permanent basis

You will undertake Responsive and Planned repairs to occupied properties. Carrying out Plumbing repairs, remedial Carpentry, tiling and plastering works around basildon and surrounding areas

* We are after someone who has previous experience working in Social Housing properties and is able to undertake remedial duties outside their core trade

Offering GBP38,000 + van and fuel card and benefits

* Experience in a similar role as a qualified Plumber
* Trade related qualification either NVQ or C&G
* Full UK Driving licence is essential
