Job summary

Service Care are recruiting a Multi Trade Plumber to join a busy housing maintenance team in Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will deliver responsive repairs in domestic properties, work independently, manage daily workloads and ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.

The role requires proven plumbing and general maintenance experience, with additional trades like carpentry, plastering, tiling or decorating a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plumber or similar maintenance role.
• Strong plumbing skills and general property maintenance experience.
• Experience in social housing or domestic repairs preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, showers and pipework.
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages and other plumbing faults.
• Carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks.
• Undertake responsive repairs within occupied properties.

Multi Trade Plumber - Bracknell

Are you an experienced Multi Trade Plumber looking for a new opportunity in Bracknell and the surrounding areas? We are recruiting for a skilled Multi Trade Plumber to join a busy housing maintenance team working across occupied and void social housing properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and customer-focused Multi Trade Plumber with strong plumbing experience and the ability to complete a range of property maintenance tasks.

Role: Multi Trade Plumber

As a Multi Trade Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering responsive repairs and high-quality maintenance services in domestic properties. You will work independently, manage your daily workload and ensure every job is completed safely and professionally.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Complete general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, showers and pipework.
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, blockages and other plumbing faults.
• Carry out basic carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plumber or in a similar plumbing-focused maintenance role.
• Strong practical plumbing skills and experience in general property maintenance.
• Previous experience in social housing or domestic repairs is preferred.
• Competence in additional trades, such as carpentry, plastering, tiling or decorating.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard.
