Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd in Sleaford is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Plasterer to join our responsive repairs team. You will carry out reactive maintenance in customers' properties and work confidently in a safety‑conscious environment.

You'll bring wet trade plastering experience, be prepared to assist with basic plumbing, painting and carpentry, and hold a full UK driving licence. We offer a competitive salary, a company van and fuel card, and a supportive, equal‑opportunities employer ethos.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering required or equivalent.
• Experience in domestic or social housing is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering tasks from minor repairs to major works as part of wet trade duties.
• Provide basic plumbing, painting and carpentry support as needed.

The Multi Trade Plasterer role:

• Health & Safety first - Safety is central to everything you do, for yourself, your team, and our customers. You’ll ensure all working environments are safe and complete the necessary documentation at every stage.
• Wet trade experience - Carry out a range of plastering tasks, from minor repairs to major works, with occasional first and second fix duties in domestic properties.
• Multi Trade work - Support with basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks when required.

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Plasterer:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
