Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd in Sleaford is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Plasterer to join our responsive repairs team. You will specialise in reactive maintenance in customers' properties, carrying out plastering tasks from minor repairs to major works, with occasional basic plumbing, painting and carpentry.

Qualifications

• You will be NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is desirable but not essential.

• Assist with basic plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
• Maintain safe working environments and complete required documentation.

The Multi Trade Plasterer Role

• Health & Safety first - Safety is central to everything you do, for yourself, your team, and our customers. You’ll ensure all working environments are safe and complete the necessary documentation at every stage.
• Wet trade experience - Carry out a range of plastering tasks, from minor repairs to major works, with occasional first and second fix duties in domestic properties.
• Multi Trade work - Support with basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks when required.

What You Will Bring As a Multi Trade Plasterer

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
