Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to carry out a variety of property maintenance tasks across Dudley and surrounding areas. The role includes plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering within social housing properties, with reactive repairs and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates will have social housing experience and a relevant trade qualification (NVQ or equivalent is desirable).

• Previous social housing experience
• Experience carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks
• NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade (desirable)
• Van with the ability to fit larger materials (desirable)
