Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Dorking is seeking an experienced Roofer with skills in other trades to help maintain our properties across Dorking and surrounding areas. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to deadline.

If you're reliable and skilled as a Roofer with additional trade abilities, we want to hear from you. A UK driving licence is required as a company vehicle is provided for work use.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Experience as Roofer with skills in other trades is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across assigned properties.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and within deadlines.

Job description

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Dorking

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roofer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Dorking and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
