Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our property maintenance team covering Wisbech, March, Chatteris and surrounding areas. You will perform maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and MOTs across our housing stock, delivering a first-rate service with good customer care.

You'll need a valid UK driving licence, and the role requires 40 hours per week on a permanent basis. Basic criminal record check applies; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a licensed plumber.
• Ability to perform maintenance, repairs and MOTs.
• Good customer care and communication skills.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Wisbech, March, Chatteris

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Wisbech, March, Chatteris and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you're a reliable, experienced Plumber with skills in other trades and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you.
