Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a qualified Electrician with multi-trade capability to join our maintenance team. The role covers Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas, delivering a first-class service on a wide range of properties.

You will carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs with a focus on efficiency and customer care. Essential: 18th Edition certificate and a 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification; a valid UK driving

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you’re a reliable, experienced Electrician withskills in other trades and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you. It is essential that you have an 18th Edition certificate and a 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
