Clarion Housing Group in England is seeking an experienced Plumber who can also handle other trades to join our team. This role covers Dorking, Crawley, Haywards Heath and nearby areas, delivering maintenance and repairs across our properties.

You’ll undertake maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and MOTs, applying existing trades and any secondary trades. You’ll be expected to complete work efficiently within deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Plumber with skills in other trades.
• Customer care experience is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Dorking, Crawley, Haywards Heath

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Dorking, Crawley, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.

The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
