Job summary
Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Plumber and Carpenter for maintenance and repair work in our properties in Chichester. The role covers maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all specialist trades and related secondary trades.
You will deliver high-quality workmanship, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer care to residents and colleagues. A UK driving licence is required for company vehicle use.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime
Location: Chichester
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber and Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
- Experienced Plumber & Carpenter with skills in other trades.
- Good customer care and reliable service delivery.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship; must reside in England or Wales for duration of employment.
