Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Floorlayer with multi-trade skills to cover Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs with a focus on first-class service and customer care.

You will require Cap and Cove experience, the ability to work across a range of trades, and a valid UK driving licence as company vehicles are provided for work use.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floorlayer delivering maintenance, repairs and void works.
• Cap and Cove experience essential.
• Able to work across Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas.
• Good customer care and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs and void works across properties.
• Perform property MOTs and ensure works meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with team and use second trades as needed.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Tower Hamlets, Hackney

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floorlayer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
