Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative - Floor Layer to join our maintenance team in Fenland. You will deliver a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs and void works with focus on Floor laying and related trades.

The role covers Fenland and surrounding areas; you must have a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle is provided. Salary £34,359 - £42,759 plus overtime, van and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floor layer with Cap and Cove.
• Experience in other trades is useful.
• Good customer care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs and void works.
• Cover Fenland and surrounding areas with efficient, timely work.
• Provide a first class service to residents and ensure deadlines are met.
