Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Borehamwood is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to cover Borehamwood and surrounding areas. You’ll carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across carpentry, plumbing, plastering and other trades while maintaining good customer relations.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided. London Weighting Allowance of £125 monthly is included, plus a company bonus scheme and regular overtime

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
• Ability to deliver a first-class service to properties across Borehamwood and surrounding areas.
• Good customer care and reliability with work carried out to deadlines.
